put msbvm50

A program Remote Keys requires the installation of msbvm50.
I downloaded it into documents. Where should I put it and how do I do that?

There was a typo, it should read MSVBM50.DLL instead of msbvm50.
Does it go into Windows/System32 ? Can I just copy and paste into it?

Copy and paste it into windows/system32. It works
